THE SAFEGUARDING OF NON-CONFESSIONAL JUSTICE IN DEMOCRATIC JURISDICTIONS WITH THE EUROPEAN MODALITY OF CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL

Abstract
The article analyzes problem of existing ways of ensuring independence of con- stitutional justice in democratic countries of European model of constitutional con- trol. Guarantees and means of ensuring independence constitutional justice in coun- tries with European model of constitutional control, particularly Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, Poland and others, are specific regarding guarantees of independence general courts and their members, provided in Constitu- tion and special legislation and are implemented differently.
