THE STATUS OF THE LABOR MARKET AND ANALYSIS OF İŞKUR ACTIVITIES IN KASTAMONU PROVINCE

Abstract
In the historical process, Kastamonu Province is one of our provinces, which has emmigrated considerably because of the problems in the labor market and the limited employment opportunities. For this reason, it is an important matter to present the solution proposals for these problems by analyzing the current problems in the labor market of Kastamonu province. Today, İŞKUR has performed active employment policies towards them by analyzing labor market problems. In this framework in the study, the matters and problems related to the labor market in the province will be tackled first and then the main activities within İŞKUR's active employment programs, which are an important actor in solving existing problems, will be analyzed and interpreted. It is expected that the working will be able to contribute to policy makers in identifying and solving basic problems existing in the labor market of the province.
