THE STRUCTURE OF CREATIVITY AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF ITS FORMATION

Abstract
The article considers the structural elements of creativity as the leading competence of the enterprise personnel. Existing approaches to the formation of creativity are investigated. Economic features of its formation are determined. Approach to optimization of expenses for the formation of creative competence is offered. Research results can be used to optimize staff development planning.
