THE SUBJECT OF CRIMINAL INFLUENCE AT COMMISSION OF THE CRIME PROVIDED BY ARTICLE 138 CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article researches the issue of criminal influence during commission of the crime provided by article 138 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The “mechanism” of infliction of harm to object of specified crime is established. The structure of public relations, on which the criminal influence of specified crime may be directed, is determined.
