THE SUSTAINABILITY OF BUSINESS (LIFE SPAN) BUSINESS NEEDS HIERARCHY AND ORGANIZATIONAL MIVISION COULD BE THE SOLUTION?

Abstract
The effect of globalization and intense competition business in the world, both in the country and the lifespan is reduced. The conceptual analysis of this situation is needed when the life expectancy of the business established in Turkey is 12 years and the enterprises in the world are about 20 years. The solution to this problem that we think will be the first purpose of the study, mission and vision the concept of social responsibility under one roof (Organizational Mivision) to combine. The second aim is to adapt Maslow's “Human Needs Hierarchy” to the “Business Needs Hierarchy” the literature. Business Needs Hierarchy “1.Competition, 2.Justice, 3.Culture, 4.Full Participation, 5.Legitimacy, 6.Innovation and creativity 7.Change and change management” can be evaluated.
