THE SYNTHESIS OF DIFFERENT DERIVATIVES OF ARTEMISININ FOR THE TREATMENT OF MALARIA

Abstract
The present review will put a light on the various approaches for the treatment of malaria. The focus will be on the synthesis of various derivatives for the treatment of malaria. Some of the derivatives discussed in the review are 12β-allyldeoxartemisinin; N-substituted artemisinin derivatives; simplified trioxane derivatives etc.
