THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE ENTERPRISE THEORY IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE PRIMARY ECONOMIC ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
A retrospective analysis of the concepts and theories of the enterprise shows that classical scientific approaches always remain necessary and productive to improve the regulatory policy of the current economic mechanism predetermining the functioning of the primary units of the national economy. Both application and awarding of “enterprise” and “economic entity” status are necessarily to be regulated. The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Statistics Service of Ukraine are recommended to adjust and classify the data from the United State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Ukraine (the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is responsible) as well as EDRPOU (the State Statistics Service of Ukraine is responsible).
