THE USE OF MATHEMATICAL METHODS AND MODELS IN SOCIAL CAPITAL RESEARCH

Abstract
The necessity of applying mathematical methods in the study of social capital is presented; the possibilities and advantages of economic-mathematical methods and models in solving practical problems are explored. The widespread use of mathematical methods is an important direction for improving the analysis of various spheres of the national economy, which increases the efficiency of the processes in society. The main reasons for the rapid spread of methods of economic and mathematical modeling is an increasing complexity of modern economic practices. The definition of the concepts of model, modeling is improved; the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of mathematical modeling are presented. The main directions of the use of economic and mathematical modeling in the study of the social capital of the agrarian sphere are suggested.
