THE USE OF PROBLEMATIC METHOD OF TEACHING OF BIOLOGY IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the use of the problematic method of teaching in biology one of the main subjects in secondary schools. The possibilities of applying the problematic theaching method in biology lessons are explained on the basis of content lines, which are given in the subject curriculum. The effective ways are determined, which correspond to the possibilities of using the problem method of teaching in education. It is indicated that despite the fact the use of the problematic method of teaching in the classroom creates some difficulties, this metod is great importance in improving knowledge and skills, abstract thinking, scientific knowledge, and the ability of independently knowledge acquisition.
