The use of smart city receivables for example multi-family housing

Abstract

The modern society is searching for more comfortable life, including better solutions. Examples such as ideal smart, start out single family houses, and the smart city concept become popular in the area of whole cities. This article presents the adaption of smart city concept in development project made for multi-family housing estate. Undefined information on intelligent concepts on land for multi-family housing. The design project was developed in accordance with the housing conditions in the local spatial development plan, and also refers to this type ofcity solutions, which are described in more detail way in the elaboration. In this paper, examples of prints from the visualization of the surveyed area are also presented. The final part of the article is description of common barriers in the implementation of the smart city solutions in Poland and to draw appropriate thresholds.
