The world global changes and the subjectivity as the sociocultural determinants of the development of the social competence of the primary school teachers

Abstract
The article deals with the relevance of the development of the social competence of primary school teacher in the conditions of global changes. The author highlights the view on this phenomenon and sociocultural determinants that influence its development, and the judgments about the importance of the process of globalization as the most important process of modernity and the subjectivity as an individual property.
