Theoretic conceptualization of venture capital financing

Abstract
The main theoretic approaches to a subject-matter of venture capital financing are analyzed in the article. The new definition of venture capital financing that is concentrated on expanding of its potential possibilities of investment is proposed. Essential peculiarities of the "venture capital" concept are systematized. The system of targets and aims on macro- and microlevels of the venture capital financing is processed on the base of functions of the venture capital.
