Abstract
In the article the different going of scientists is investigational near determination of concept of legal technique. The wide and narrow going is distinguished near determination of legal technique. The origin of concept «legal technique» is also formed in the Roman-hermanskoy and Anglo-amerykansyy legal families. Іt is described legal technique in the objective and subjective understanding.
