THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF QUESTIONABLE BANKRUPTCY IN THE CURRENT ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the existence of such phenomena as questionable bankruptcy,its components and displays in the current economic conditions are detailed. For deeper analysis of these phenomenabasic concepts and terms of bankruptcy are tried to be determined.According to the researchown classification, which combines kinds of questionable bankruptcy and specific criminal intents which are the main goal of economic crime is elaborated.An example of questionable bankruptcy of enterprise «YugDizelMash» is detailed reviewed and analyzed according to the proposed classification.
