THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO PROFESSIONAL SELF-IMPROVEMENT OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract

This article was written about the problem of process of self-improvement through the analysis of related categories such as self-realization, self-education, self-development, self-education, self-knowledge and self-esteem. The specificity and regularities of the functioning of the self-improvement process are lighted. The foundations of formation of the ability to self-improvement of future social workers and pedagogical conditions, which it is advisable to adhere to during the organization of professional self-improvement of students in higher educational establishments.
