THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE SUBSTANTIATION OF THE INVESTMENT POTENTIAL CONTENT

Abstract
The economic content of the investment potential as an economic category. The variety of scientific opinions about the essence of investment potential is investigated. Based on the generalization of approaches, it is concluded that most scientists understand the investment potential in the context of the resource approach. The relation of the main categories of the theory of investment is researched, namely: investment, investing, investment potential, investment attractiveness, investment process and investment climate.
