Theoretical Aspects of Assessment of Enterprise Management Effectiveness

Abstract
The objective of the article is studying and systemizing theoretical aspects of assessment of effectiveness of enterprise management. The article considers assessment of enterprise management effectiveness as a unity and interrelation of its procedural and criteria-based aspects which require development of a corresponding procedure and establishment of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the assessed object which correspond to certain criteria. Approaches to description of the essence of the term "enterprise management effectiveness" are studied, and an integrated resource-target approach is proposed which allows expanding the ontological limits of the studied category. A classification is proposed for enterprise management effectiveness. Objects and assessment criteria of enterprise management effectiveness are singled out, and an assessment procedure is proposed. Groups of criteria for assessment of enterprise management effectiveness enable comprehensive analysis and characterization of the assessed objects. It is proposed to use a management effectiveness coefficient along with a system of traditional indices for assessment of enterprise management effectiveness.
