Abstract

The article describes theoretical bases of organization and functioning of business entities financial and economic security system. The conditions to ensure financial and economic security at enterprises are defined. The requirements for the control system of financial and economic security are clarified. The characteristic features of this system are summarized. The system of organization basic principles and functioning of the financial and economic security system at enterprises is studied and suggested. It was grounded that failure to comply with discussed requirements and properties of the principles system may cause financial and economic security management ineffectiveness and variety of consequences. Recommendations that allow the financial and economic security system of an enterprise to provide effective and long-term business management were formulated. A number of economic signals, which may indicate the positive effectiveness of the financial and economic security system of an enterprise, were offered.
