In this paper, an effort has been made to evaluate the problems faced by the school owners especially in the Cantonment Board area. The study founded that there are some problems related to state authorities which are more sever apart from the some problems related to physical facilities are also highlighted and at the end recommendations are made to remove these barrier for smooth running of the private schools and sharing their responsibilities of raising literacy and education standards.
