TO THE HISTORY OF ETHNOPOLITICAL AND ETHNOSOCIAL PROCESSES IN CRIMEA IN THE CONTEXT OF SOVIET REGIME’S POLICY

Abstract
The article proposed here contains the effort to reconstruct the history of Crimean Tatars as ethnic group along with ethnic Germans and Mennonites in the context of Soviet period. The special attention is paid to the peculiarities of rooting policy having been fulfilled according to resolutions of XII Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congress in April, 1923. In Crimea the rooting policy was shaped down as Tatarization policy which provided the realization of national, cultural, language needs not only of Crimean Tatars, but also of ethnic Germans, Mennonites and other groups. The special place in the article is given to the revealing the truth about repressive actions of Soviet regime under the conditions when Stalin’s totalitarianism.
