TO THE ISSUES OF NECESSITY, ACTUALITY AND THE PURPOSES OF NATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION LAW STANDARDS

Abstract
The article highlights the issues of necessity, relevance and purpose of implementing national standards of advocacy, which are of particular interest today in the framework of the doctrine of the Bar. It is indicated that the Ukrainian Bar is one of the youngest in the world, and therefore requires a certain reference point regarding organization and functioning. It is noted that in order to implement high programmatic goals in terms of providing legal assistance, the organization of the bar and the professional activities and behavior of lawyers on certain grounds must meet the established criteria of quality, accuracy, excellence and crafts-manship, that is standards.
