TO THE QUESTION OF LEGAL REGULATIONS PROVIDING OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The work analyzes the national foundations of legal regulation of environmental safety, the relevant principles and priorities in the investigated area, recorded in the system of regulations; investigated the concept of «ecological security» as scientific, legal and intersectoral viewpoint; proposed own definition of the investigated categories.
