TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL IN THE CONTEXT OF A PROCESS APPROACH TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the training and development of the enterprise personnel within the framework of the process approach taking into account the provisions of quality management. The ratio of the concepts of training and development of enterprise personnel is presented. It is revealed that the concept of personnel training and development has both intersection points and special features. The basic prerequisites and needs for organizing the processes of personnel learning and developing are considered, they are life-long education, achievement of business goals, growth of human resources value, adaptation to changes, and stimulation of intellectual activity. The training and development of the company's personnel are depicted in the form of a business process, in which, apart from the traditional elements, the quality parameters are taken into account.
