TRANSCENDENTAL COMPREHENSION OF THE LEGAL MENTALITY

Abstract
The legal mentality is hidden from direct perception and is revealed in legal phenomena. This inner aspect of the essence has to do with the soul and spirit, because it emphasizes the individuality of a person, his personality. Such a person’s position is intelligently apprehended and is most fully revealed in metaanthropology.
