TRANSFORMATION OF THE FOREIGN POLICY OF THE KINGDOM BELGIUM AFTER THE CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM IN 1993

Abstract
The author analyzes the influence of the Constitutional reform in 1993 on modern Belgian foreign policy. The role of the subjects of the federation is emphasized in shaping and adopting decisions of the official Brussels. The main spheres of the activities of members of the federation on the international arena have been determined. The difference between the regions of Belgium is mentioned. Great attention is paid to affects constitutional changes on the formation of Ukrainian-Belgian relations.
