Economic-institutional solutions and economic policy to be necessary: To establish to induce macroeconomics frame to induce the market reengineering existing enterprises in the direction of global economic standards, To eliminate distortions to national capital market be organized the enterprises and managers markets, To create institutional frames to induce enterprises to create strategy partners coalitions, which to know use what to be left over and take in new markets and commercial-technical know-how for adaptation the existing producer programs the demand of global markets.
