TRENDS AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OUTLOOK OF ITOUTSOURCING MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article presents the results of analysis of the development peculiarities of Ukrainian outsourcing market in information technology sector. A quantitative assessment of usage of IT outsourcing in Ukraine was made across the industries and the large cities of Ukraine. The paper describes dynamics of growth in the number of employees in IT outsourcing in Ukraine, investigates relationship between open positions (according to skills level) and number of job applications in IT sector and analyze salary range in IT sector. The paper determines positive trend of development of Ukrainian IT outsourcing services in the course of last three years. The research demonstrates that IT outsourcing, especially during crisis periods, is becoming a key stabilizing factor and an important strategic business optimization solution, including the cost reduction for maintaining company’s own IT-department. The article substantiates the importance of IT outsourcing to ensure the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. The paper identifies problems of IT outsourcing that require attention and support from the government. The argumentation in favor of altering the conceptual approach to the training of world-class IT professionals is emphasized further. The paper depicts methodological features of IT audit and proposes a step-by-step implementation model of IT outsourcing strategies in domestic enterprises. Finally, authors substantiate strategic development outlook of IT clusters in Ukraine.
