Types of legal means of the civil service regulation in Ukraine

Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of scientific views of scholars and laws of Ukraine, the basic types of legal means of regulating the civil service in Ukraine. Proved that within the implementation of the legal regulation of civil service in Ukraine are used, in particular, the following legal means: prohibitions, restrictions, penalties, incentives. Given the structural analysis of the legislation and theoretical approaches scientists, given the author's vision of the interpretation of the term “legal regulations of the civil service in Ukraine”
