Typology of the personality of the offender-soldier who violated the procedure for military service

Abstract
In the article based on the study of the special literature and the results of the empirical study the typology of the offender-soldier who avoided military service is given. The typology is based on the motive for the crime. On this basis, some of the most widespread of the criminal types of such criminals in practice were highlighted and their approximate share in the structure of all the perpetrators is indicated. Coward Offender (60 %) commits a crime based on cowardice and lack of courage. Alcoholic Offender (20 %) violates the procedure for military service on the motive of unwillingness to bear the difficulties of military service. Conformal servicemen (10 %) evade military service on the grounds of cowardice and unwillingness to endure the difficulties of military service. Their feature is that they make decisions about committing a crime under the influence of others. Lazy criminals (7 %) commit a criminal offense on grounds of unwillingness to bear the difficulties of military service. They want to rest and psychologically unload in a safe social environment. Caring offenders (2 %) violate the procedure for military service on the grounds of a serious illness (death) of close relatives or another reasons of family and domestic nature. Selfless criminals (1 %) commits a crime on the motive of unwillingness sit back in the defense.
