Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано основні напрями удосконалення формування і використання персоналу сільськогосподарських підприємств з метою підвищення його якості. Запропоновано у процесі найму працівників використовувати модель компетенцій для кожного робочого місця. Наголошується на необхідності формування сприятливого корпоративного духу у підприємствах. Обґрунтовано основні заходи з покращення використання персоналу сільськогосподарських підприємств. Сформовано систему методів мотивації праці, спрямованої на підвищення її продуктивності.
