Abstract
Запропоновано формування організаційного забезпечення корпоративного сегменту банку здійснювати за галузевою приналежністю. Розглянуто ключові складові діяльності корпоративних менеджерів у процесі збуту банківських продуктів. Запропоновано виокремити ступені індивідуалізації обслуговування корпоративних клієнтів.
