Ukrainian legislation on public administration system administrative- political sphere

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analyses of the system of the Ukrainian legislation on regulation of the state management of the administrative-political sphere. The attention is directed to the questions of definition of the legislation system in general and the system of the Ukrainian legislation on regulation of the state management of the administrative-political sphere, in particular. There are marked out the characteristic and specific features of that system. There is researched the role of specific normative-legal acts that have mostly political character.
