УКРАЇНО-КОРЕЙСЬКІЙ ДОСВІД ПІДГОТОВКИ МАШИНІСТІВ ДЛЯ ВИСОКОШВИДКІСНИХ ЕЛЕКТРОПОЇЗДІВ

Abstract
According to requirements «Concepts of the State target program of introduction on the railways of high-speed movement of passenger trains for 2005-2015» creation in Ukraine networks of high-speed trunk-railways for the purpose of the message of capital of Ukraine with big regional and industrial centres, and also with countries of Western Europe and the near abroad countries is provided. For the purpose of satisfaction of requirement of Ukrzaliznytsi in experts of locomotive and train brigades for operation and service of high-speed trains of firm «Hyundai Rotem» the management of Ukrzaliznytsi has generated the first collective of candidates on a post «the machinist» and «the assistant to the machinist» high-speed electric train. Theoretical and fact-finding excursion employment were spent by the Korean instructors for domestic experts of locomotive brigades, instructor and teaching structure of the Lubensky centre of vocational training of Regional branch «Southern railway» on continuous fortnight the 80-sentry to the bloch-modular program. During 10 days of 12 instructors have stated 17 subjects that has made 80 class periods. On each of the specified subjects examinations or offsets have been spent. Only after successful passage of all control actions the listener received the corresponding certificate-certificate. The given certificate the Korean firm «Hyundai Rotem» to the Lubensky centre of vocational training on the right of performance of educational activity on the designated series of a rolling stock promotes qualitative preparation of the personnel for high-speed electric trains on domestic educational base. It will allow already today and in immediate prospects to prepare demanded quantity of experts of locomotive and train brigades for the purpose of satisfaction of needs of a locomotive economy of Ukrzaliznytsi.
