Undignified conduct of judges or prosecutors in the execise their professional duties

Abstract
In the article, the author analyzes values such as honor and professional conduct that involves the ability of the judge and the prosecutor to carry out their judicial responsibilities in good faith, fairness, decency, impartiality and independence, so that in the conscience of a reasonable observer it creates the perception that they use their prerogatives of the position in the interests of an efficient administration of justice and maintain the authority of the institution they represent. Compliance with these standards of conduct by the magistrates is a key factor to the prestige of the judiciary system and for the strengthening of citizens’ confidence in justice.
