Une Cause Rare D’hypertension Artérielle Chez L’adolescent A Rare Cause Of High Blood Pressure In Adolescent

Abstract

Nous rapportons le cas d’un adolescent de 15 ans, qui consulte pour retard statural. L’examen clinique révèle une hypertension artérielle à 170/100mmHg, et l’ionogramme sanguin note une hypokaliémie à 2,51mmol/l, diffus. La tomodensitométrie surrénalienne met en évidence une hyperplasie bilatérale des surrénales. Le bilan hormonal objectif une élévation du 11-désoxycortisol (composé S) de base et de la désoxycorticostérone (DOC), le diagnostic de déficit en 11beta hydroxylase est donc retenu. Un traitement par hydrocortisone a été initié chez le patient, l’évolution a été marquée par la correction de l’hypertension artérielle et de l’hypokaliémie.
