Abstract
Доля железнодорожного транспорта в общем грузо- и пассажирообороте страны составляет около 60%, при этом его доля в доходах от перевозок всеми видами транспорта составляет 20%. Это обстоятельство делает развитие железнодорожного транспорта одним из самых приоритетных в решении инфраструктурных проблем страны.
