USE OF GEOINFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR CADASTRE AND EVALUATION OF REAL ESTATE

Abstract
The article studies the use of geoinformation technologies for cadastre and real estate valuation. For the organization GIS of real estate valuation must solve the problem of formalization descriptions the functional relationships the object of evaluation of the urban environment, as well as relations with the market environment for determining the flow of income and costs of the facility estimation and adequate transformation and using this information.
