USE OF INVESTMENT INSTRUMENTS OF THE ECONOMY OF THE DONETSK REGION IN THE CONTEXT OF COOPERATION WITH THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
It is revealed that budget savings through the introduction of investment projects can increase the redistribution of financial resources to improve the quality of life of people. It is investigated that in the field of foreign relations of Ukraine and the European Union, it is possible to distinguish the main directions of cooperation on the example of the Donetsk region, which can be used to assess the profitability of investment projects: democratic, social and economic-ecological. A model for assessing the returns of investment projects of the region through cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union is based on the calculation of return on investment per hryvnia of the gross regional product for the indicators of development of Donetsk region is developed. The dynamics of investment of the countries of the European Union in the economy of Donetsk region on the basis of calculating the return on investments per hryvnia of the gross regional product for identifying the tendency of increasing the number of projects is detected. The boundary parameters of the model for assessing the returns of investment projects of the region in sphere of cooperation with the European Union are determined to identify the boundary parameters of the Donetsk region investment development.
