The article reveals the organization of the management of the leading higher educational institutions of East Asia in the context of ensuring competitiveness in the reform period. Defined by an effective internal factors that ensure the high quality of training. Investigated external factors impact on the high school system, accompany the process of reforming the sector to achieve success.
