USE OF WASTE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY POWER SUPPLY

Abstract

The article presents the results of evaluation of the use of waste agricultural production, particularly sugar beet as directly improving the efficiency of energy producing industrial structures and the way of solving related problems (power of the population, environmental, etc.). Found that in the world practice actively developing the production of biomethane from waste agricultural sector, utilities and specially grown energy crops. This process is not at the expense of providing raw food sectors, but rather improves the ecological status of the territories. Currently, one of the world leaders in the production and use of biogas is Germany, which continues to increase in the agricultural domain and utilities. The analysis showed that one of the main organizational and economic reasons, lack of bioenergy development in Ukraine is the lack of involvement of a programmatic approach to solving problems and the virtual absence of dedicated funding, primarily from the state, creating the country biogas projects. Proved that renewable energy has the potential to improve energy security and reduce human impact on the environment. Therefore, one of the most important directions of Ukraine's energy policy should be to stimulate widespread use of alternative energy sources, including fossil origin. Promising, cost-effective, given the increasing cost of natural gas is biogas production in the sugar factories Ukraine, given that sugar is energy cost indices for about 40%. Pioneer in the field of bioenergy in Ukraine became agricultural holding "Astarta-Kyiv" - the largest sugar producer in the country. A study that in 2014 the company built in Globyne bioenergy complex with capacity of 150 thousand cubic meters of biogas per day, which forms a complex with the nearest industrial enterprises Globinskiy cluster "Astarta-Kyiv" - sugar and soybean processing plants. The complex is used as raw material by-products of sugar production, soybean waste and other arable debris. Bioenergetic Complex "Astarte" operates all year round. Company by 50% biogas provides Globinskiy needs of its sugar factory. Currently agricultural holding "Astarta-Kyiv" drafted a set of biogas, electricity and steam cogeneration plant at the capacity of 12 MW. Transforming biomass by anaerobic digestion obtain biogas, which in boilers burning thermal power plant or sugar into gas-generators, we get electricity and heat, as well as high-quality, devoid of contaminants and pathogenic organic fertilizer that can be used on farmland. Investigated by the project "New Energy Strategy of Ukraine: safety, efficiency, competition" for the period to 2030 lines of action to increase the use of renewable energy sources and increase their economic efficiency, the results of their implementation. This gave grounds to develop conclusions and directions for future research in the field of energy saving measures and alternative energy sources.
