USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM TO PROVIDE THE FORMING OF IT’S NEW QUALITY

Abstract
The content and mechanisms of the interrelation of digital transformations in economics and education are revealed in order to ensure the formation of a new quality of education. The necessity and expediency of changes in the education system are substantiated. The basic competencies for Ukrainian citizens are proposed based on the analysis of foreign experience and taking into account the trends of the future education.
