Abstract
The article deals with the scientific and practical analysis of the draft laws of Ukraine in the field of notary public about granting access to the notarial acts to individual citizens of Ukraine. Proposals on improving the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of notary public are being introduced as regards approximation of its norms to the legislation of the European Union.
