Abstract
The мodern state of labor stimulationin in agricultural enterprises in Cherkasy region was analyzed in the article. The forms of remuneration in the agrarian sector of the economy are determined. The dynamics and structure of wages by types of economic activity in Cherkassy region are investigated. The components of fair wages are determined. The mechanism of stimulation of labor on the basis of Key Performance Indicators is proposed.
