Verbal representation of the concept “family”

Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the verbal representation of the concept “family” in English language. Within the conceptual study, the name of the concept “family” is determined through the discovery of key words – representatives of this concept and the dominant components of the corresponding synonymic paradigm. An etymological and component analysis of the lexeme “family” as a name of a concept “family” is carried out on the material of the interpretative and etymological dictionaries of the English language.
