Victor Vlasow’s ensemble and orchestral creativity as a component of Ukrainian musical culture of the second half of the XX – forepart of the XXI century

Abstract
In the article attempts an outline of the creative achievement of Victor Petrovych Vlasow, – a Ukrainian composer, accordion player, performer and pedagogue, – in the genre of ensamble and orchestral repertoire. The author’s approach to music creation included a participant’s performing level, repertoire requirements, social and cultural demands of the target audience, timbre-acoustic peculierities of the staff of a given ensamble, etc. The chronology of the author’s accordion arrangements for both homogenious and mixed staffs of ensambles and orchestras is presented. The music performance analyses of his following works are made: “Humoreska” (“A Humorous Story”) for accordion ensamble, music piece “The Murder in Uhlych” for orchestra of folk musical instruments, “A Ukrainian Fresco” for symphonic orchestra, “Innito” for accordion (bayan) with chamber orchestra
