Види адміністративно-правових методів управління фінансовою системою України

Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of current legislation of Ukraine, considered types of administrative and legal management financial system of Ukraine. It is proved that under the administrative and legal methods of financial management system Ukraine should understand certain administrative and legal norms set of ways in which the regulation of social relations in this area, tasks and functions implemented financial management system and achieved the ultimate goal of such activities. В статье, на основе анализа действующего законодательства Украины, рассмотрены виды административно-правовых методов управления финансовой системой Украины. Доказано, что под административно-правовыми методами управления финансовой системой Украины следует понимать определенную административно-правовыми нормами совокупность способов, с помощью которых осуществляется регулирование общественных отношений в данной сфере, реализуются задачи и функции управления финансовой системой и достигается конечная цель такой деятельности.
