VIRTUAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AS AN INNOVATIVE COM- PONENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT A HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract
This article clarifies the concepts “virtual learning environment”, “virtual learning environment of the uni- versity”. The authors investigate the main features of the virtual learning model. The system Moodle is also presented as a basis for projecting of virtual educational environment at a higher school.
