ВНЕСОК В. І. ТИМОФІЄНКА У ПІДГОТОВКУ КОЛЕКТИВНИХ ЕНЦИКЛОПЕДИЧНИХ ПРОЕКТІВ В СФЕРІ КУЛЬТУРИ, МИСТЕЦТВА ТА АРХІТЕКТУРИ

Abstract
Окреслено внесок академіка В. І. Тимофієнка у підготовку вітчизняних енциклопедичних проектів в сфері культури, мистецтва та архітектури періоду незалежності. Здійснюється структурний та тематичний огляд багатотомних видань «Мистецтво України», «Енциклопедія сучасної України», «Історія української культури», «Історія українського мистецтва» «Історія української архітектури». Надається характеристика наукового доробку В. І. Тимофієнка як енциклопедиста та систематизатора архітектурно-містобудівної спадщини України та визначається на цій основі його роль у становленні нової історико-культурної парадигми в незалежній Україні. The role of academician V. I. Timofіyenko in the preparation of encyclopedic projects in the field of culture, art and architecture of the period of independence is described. Showing the relevance and importance of encyclopedic movement for establishing intellectual independence of the Ukrainian nation and state. The creation of the universal and specific encyclopedic corpuses is the most important evidence of high intellectual and cultural potential of every nation. National encyclopedic tradition reflecting society ability to self-presentation, capacity to take its rightful place in the global cultural interaction in today's crowded world information space. The work of encyclopedist must not only strictly applied narrowly theoretical value, but carries considerable ideological amount. This is especially evident in the times of systemic transformation. Systematization of the entire amount of knowledge about the world and society and conceptual understanding of place and role of Ukraine in world civilization has become the task of national encyclopedic movement. The fundamental academic encyclopedic projects in the field in Ukrainian culture, art and architecture have great importance for forming of national identity. Gives thematic and structural characteristics of the collective encyclopedic projects, wich were created during period of independence: «Аrt of Ukraine» /«Mystetstvo Ukrainy» (1995 – 1999), «Modern Ukraine Encyclopedia» / «Entsyklopediia suchasnoi Ukrainy» (2001– 2014), «History of Ukrainian Аrchitecture» / «Istoriia ukrainskoi arkhitektury» (2003), «History of Ukrainian Culture» /«Istoriia ukrainskoi kultury» (2005 - 2011), «History of Ukrainian Art» / «Istoriia ukrainskoho mystetstva» (2006 - 2011). Shown their role in shaping the foundations of historical and cultural paradigm of independent Ukraine. The personal contribution of Academician V.I. Tymofiyenko as systematizer of Ukrainian architectural and urban heritage in the realization of these fundamental works is analyzed. The contribution of V.I. Tymofiyenko in domestic encyclopedic movement since independence promotes to the Ukrainian self-conscience by means of the determination decent place Ukrainian cultural, architectural and urban heritage in the global cultural space.
