ВПЛИВ ІННОВАЦІЙ НА РОЗВИТОК АВТОТРАНСПОРТНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The innovation-driven development of the economy is a priority task of any modern state, including Ukraine. That is why the main objective of the paper is to understand how innovation affects the development of motor transport enterprises. To study this topic, it is necessary to determine the amount of government support of the industry, the volumes of passenger and cargo transportation, the sources of financing of motor transport enterprises, the sales of goods (services), the capital investment by type of economic activities, and innovations. The main source of spending for innovations in motor transport enterprises, both presently and in the past, is their own funds. Unfortunately, many enterprises, especially state-run ones, operate at a loss and cannot innovate. This situation leads to a reduction in the competitiveness of not only motor transport enterprises, but the country as a whole. Consequently, the main tasks of the innovation development in the motor transport enterprises of Ukraine should be: to improve the legal framework for transport; to implement the principles of international transport and customs policy in the international cargo transportation; to improve the environmental friendliness of vehicles; to introduce new technologies for organization of cargo and passenger transportation; to carry out tariff and pricing policy that would promote the competitiveness of transport services in Ukraine; to upgrade technical parameters of vehicles and apply innovative approaches to the development of motor transport enterprises.
