ВПЛИВ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЇ ВЛАСНОСТІ НА ЕКОНОМІЧНЕ ЗРОСТАННЯ

Abstract
Дається аналітичний огляд наукового звіту «Цифрові перспективи: незалежний огляд інтелектуальної власності та розвитку» щодо стану законодавства Великобританії про інтелектуальну власність, підготовленого групою британських експертів. Відзначається безпрецедентний вплив інтелектуальної власності не тільки на поточну економічну ситуацію, а й на її майбутні трансформації. Робиться висновок: чинне британське законодавство негативно впливає на економічне зростання і стримує розвиток інновацій. Висновок містить огляд основних проблем у сфері інтелектуальної власності та рекомендації щодо їх вирішення.
